In regards to CFPB Complaint # - : Seneca Mortgage Servicing LLC claimed that they ... previously responded to [ me ] regarding [ my ] complaint on -/-/15. We have attached a copy of that response for [ my ] reference. This is a false statement, as evidenced by the - mailing label which they provided as proof, dated -/-/2015, clearly showing that they did not in fact previously respond to me regarding my complaint. In fact the copy of the response that they reference which they attached to their CFPB response was the first time I had seen it. This just goes to show that Seneca is at best, incompetent, but I suspect there is something more going on here and implore you to open up an investigation of Seneca Mortgage Servicing for possible predatory mortgage servicing practices.
