Amex Credit Card Complaint

I would like to file a complaint on American Express Credit card services. I have the blue sky miles card. I signed up and had an introductory rate of 0 % for 15 months. My interest rate is now 17 % and I 'm being charged this interest. I have submitted the request for SCRA benefits over - times and have had no results from doing so. I 'm currently on - in the -. Someone from the SCRA department over at american express contacted me and told me I was n't eligible for the reduced interest rate under the SCRA and that they already credited my account all interest charges back but once I continued using the card it went back up to the cardmember APR. I know that this is n't by the law and should at least be by the mandated 6 % for active duty service members. I was told that they would n't do anything for the - or any interest charges. I 'm also - soon and they did n't regard any of that. Finally, I 'm still on - and need this adjusted I 've submitted these requests more than once. I 've since racked up over $300.00 interest. I 'm considering suing American Express over this issue
