Chase agreed to settle the balance which I paid on my account was current on - 2015 they report charge off instead paid in settlement. law states account must be 180 days before charge off. On - -,2015 chase sent to collection agency - - Ref. - to collect the debit but collecting agency closed the case on -/-/15 send back to chase they stated this account unlawfully charge off. Chase want it damage my good credit profile.
