I received a phone call from an unknown number on -/-/- saying that I was being served of a court order due to unpaid debt from - in -/-/- and that I need to call the number ASAP ( - ) -, however, I have never heard of this before or recevied any letter. They told me I need to pay the debt ASAP or I am being served to go to court. However, when I looked at court orders in - or -, I did not find a record. I call the next day to look into what I can do as a consumer, I asked for contact information and professional license number. They provided me with the contact information but not the professional license number as they said they will not provide this. Additionally, I asked if I can get a written description of what I owe, e.g., agreement of credit, information of the credit and what I owe and they said I will never get - as they have bought the debt from another company.
