this company has placed a fraudulent account under my personal information related to an address ive never lived at for a gas bill. i faxed over the police report that my identity was stolen along with the FTC affidavit. ive called over - times with no luck they keep asking me to send the police report which i have not - but - times. i ask that my right as a identity theft victim be enforced .i ask that this account be removed immediately since this account has hurts my person and my credit in the past and i was denied a home loan - different occasions and i had to pay higher interest rates and suffered financial hardship because of them. I had also spoke to someone in the past and they mailed me a letter of deletion and verified the account was not mine AGAIN THEY ADDED THIS ACCOUNT and they are attempting to collect on this account.
