I received an email from the Citi Fraud department so I called Citi credit card services to gather more information. Upon talking to the representative I was advise a dollar amount that was different than what I had. I had used - promotional checks from Citi for 0 % on balance transfers until -/-/2016 with a $5.00 or 3 % fee, whichever was greater. After talking to the fraud department I started questing the amount and they transferred me to a customer service where I was told the fee is % 5 not % 3, I advised that the paper I have that is attached to the check states 3 % not % 5, Citi has mislead me as a customer as to what the offer really is. The manager and the representative could not explain nor wanted to help why I was charged % 5 and not 3 %. Citi is a misleading consumers.
