Can't stop charges to bank account Ohio
Contacted check n go for information on a payday loan. Company is unwilling to provide daily interest rate or payoff amount on the loan. Talked to - different departments about account information, they refused to provide any information other then the amount currently owed. Spoke with customer service, collections and a supervisor. All were unwilling to provide information on account. They refused to provide information until a payment was processed.
