M&T Bank Bank account or service department,

Savings account Account opening, closing, or management Washington

We relocated to - and want to close our bank account in - NY. We call them to let them know that we no longer need the accounts but they ( M & T ) reps wo n't close the account. On top of that they keep charging service fees and other fees on the accounts. This is rediculous please help
