On 2013, I ended my service with - and paid the full amount. After the service was terminated, - charged me for $81.00 for the next month 's cycle which was a mistake on their part. I disputed this collection on - and it was removed from my account increasing my credit score. Please assist with this issue I am having. I 'd like to keep a clean credit and I have always been diligent with my payments. I 'd be happy to provide more information. Thank you!
