I have written - times to - the lastest letter being - -,2015 ( see attached copy ) asking them prove that this debt is mine. As I understand they should not reporting anything to the credit bureaus untl they sent proof that this debt is mine ... I have no recollection of not paying a medical. Not with stand FDCPA, they continue attempt to collect this debt by reporting on my report which naturally hurts credit profile as I am trying to buying a home.
