I have not been notified by mail that they intended to pursue the matter in court, and was given no opportunity to discuss any potential settlement or payment.. I have not as of - -, 2015 been notified of their intent to sue or that they have actually filed suit as of - -, 2015. Research indicates this company has a D rating by the Better Business Bureau. This company has not called me as it does not have my phone number.
