JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Every month charged interest when the purchase balance from the previous month is LESS then the payments made. Paid more each month than previous charges. The average daily purchase balance is Wrong. Its seem Chase Freedom is lumping the Promotional Balance Transfer offer, 0 % interest until 2016 into the Average Daily purchase Balance. Which is therefore charging interest. Interest should only be charged on the new purchase balances only, not the promotion balance transfer offer amount. The balance transfer offer is separate than purchase balance. What is a promotional - percent interest on balance transfer if your now charging thebalance into the average daily purchase balance with recurring purchases? Was I supposed to not use the card while I paid off the balance transfer? That was never told to me. NO other credit card does this. NOT Fair, very misleading. Even the statement shows the sections separate, as Purchases, Balance Transfer, and Cash Advances. How can you then lump it into the Purchase average balance?
