JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Chase is offering free monthly credit score '' BUT my score is not posting. I have spent considerable time contacting Chase - but their out of country operators ask for so much information it feels like identity fraud is possible and I do n't think they should need that much to verify an account, so I contacted -. There is no block on my credit account in - system. They have a record of the Chase account. A complaint to Chase headquarters WAS DELETED. SO, they have made an offer and I have accepted it BUT they are not fulfilling their offer. Would the US Government PLEASE require Chase to fix their problem, act in good faith, or else compensate me for time spent dealing with people who can not do their job.
