This collection agency - sent my fiance ' the letter advising of her debt to - - - -, upon which she has disputed. We faxed her dispute letter directly to this agency on -/-/2015 requesting to validate the debt. We received another statement on -/-/2015 threatening credit reporting actions against her if she did not pay in full and did not send validation of the debt. This violates the right to dispute and is also considered overshadowing.
