JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
Chase Bank has refused to accept my payment for my credit card. It is due on -/-/2015 and I tried for three days to pay it. I attempted this via phone and online and was refused. Also, a rude branch representative named - refused my payment and told me to deal with bill collectors ''. I did more than enough to try and pay my bill in full. Chase is circumventing my efforts and is orchestrating this situation so that I incur finance charges. They are making me miss my payment due date, which will harm my pristine credit.
