Closing/Cancelling account Washington
The cardholder - - passed away on -/-/2015, numerous calls to Target Card Services and mailing and faxing the death certificate to - Texas is not helping, they keep sending a bill to our house, make toll free calls etc. This morning I asked to speak with a supervisor, - who simply transfered me to another agent. The agent acknowledged they have received the death certificate. There is no estate and other companies have written off the debts, this company keeps calling us and sending bills even though we have done what they asked of us, to submit a death certificate.
