RESURGENT CAPITAL SERVICES has initiated a review to collect on a debt that was settled in court back in 2012 and the debt currently paid off. They are claiming ownership of the original account and trying to collect, requesting documentation and my personal information, SSN and checking account payments in order to prove that I do not owe the debt.
