They are trying to charge me for service that they were unable to render to me. after three months of having them come to my house to install and fix the service that they were trying to render to me I had decided to disconnected my service with them. Now that account is in collections I have contacted the collection agency I did a written dispute in detail and now have to deal with unnecessary collectors.
