I was called today by - - from number - - at - cst on - - about a payday loan from - for $450.00 and he stated this long talk about this debt which I put a stop payment on through my bank on this account for this loan due to could not afford to pay it so had to do stop payment to keep from getting hit with fees so this man stated needed a disposition to and was using words I had no idea was or meant and then threaten to take legal action over phone so told him go to court and hung up. Last email I got from - - - stated has until - - to contact them to pay off or set up payment plan before debt was sold off to a third-party debt buyer was unable to.
