I received a call from an anonymous number from a person claiming to be a county process server in an attempt to collect a debt that I do n't think exists. I checked the name he gave against our Texas state roster of court appointed process servers, and did not find it. He also claimed that if I did not respond to the phone number he left, that I would be served at home or work the next day, which did not happen.
