Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine Florida

My complaint today is that I am having issues opening a bank account because there are multiple inquiries showing on my file that have been related to fraud. I have filed a police report and i have also filed an amendment to my police report because this has been an ongoing situation. The only inquiry that should be on my Chex-systems file is with - - - - union which is a valid account that I opened. I am requesting for the other inquiries that are fraudulent to be removed from my chex systems file. The only - reporting should be - - - - union. The fraudulent inquiries showing are- - - - -- ( PLEASE DO NOT CONFUSE THE FRAUDULENT - - - WITH - - - - - ... - - - - - IS VALID AND BELONGS TO ME )
