Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine New York

I have been victimized by an identity thief. They established several loans in my name and opened several checking accounts with credit unions and banks in order to withdraw funds from loans obtained fraudulently. I sent chexsystems via fax a copy of the police report that i had amended including - checking accounts that were reporting in my name in their system. I had received an updated copy of my Chexsystems report showing the accounts removed. But later got an updated report showing the - fraudulent checking accounts with - and with - Bank. This has been an ongoing issue in trying to get my name cleared. I should have nothing negative reporting on my file and only - inquiry that belongs to me from -. I am attaching to my complaint the amended police report that shows those - fraudulent checking accounts on the police report
