- contacted my husband, my sister, and myself and told us that I had done something illegal and criminal and that they are going to serve me with papers and sue me. They advised that they are a litigation firm and that they are going to start legal proceedings. They have been advised to cease contacting my family and my self and they have contacted my family - other times after they were advised of this.
