Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Illinois

when moved out of our apartment we had the carpet cleaned but the community wanted us to replaced the carpet in the whole apartment because - room had a stain that the cleaning people could not get out. So we refuse to pay them so they put us in collection. Also we moved into - of their apartment in -/-/- we move out in -/-/- we went back in the apartment on the -/-/- to clean the carpet they are trying to collect two months of utilities and charge us 3 days of rent how can you owe them two month of utilities when it is paid with you rent and I do n't know where the get the three days of rent from but they have us in collection for this too. We need some help on how to get these collection off of us.
