LVNV is a collection agency who is listed on my credit report. it claims to be a factoring company, however is also listed as a collection agency. The balance keeps changing. even though LVNV has been on my credit report since 2012 when it purchased the - 's alleged debt, they are reporting as a 30 day late on my most recent credit report. The below is from a previous suit against LVNV. They are doing this same exact thing to me. #.
