The collection agency JNR Adjustment located at - - - - - in - Florida has this debt under someone else name and they refuse to give me a statement stating that I am released from the financial responsibilities of this debt. They said unless the person that is responsible pays in full, they can not provide me with this letter. Meanwhile my driver 's license has been - and I can not get it reinstated unless they provide me with this letter.
