Wells Fargo Credit Card Complaint

A credit card I have no knowledge of is showing on my credit report as delinquent and charged off. I disputed the credit card with both - and - credit reporting agency and got a response saying that the card is charged off and would be on my credit report for 7 years. I did not apply, use, pay or have knowledge of this debt. Not sure who did this. There was a history of good payment history as to why I did not know of its existence until whomever stop paying and I started getting negative letters when applying for other credit.
