Incorrect information on credit report Information is not mine New York

This has been an ongoing situation with Chex-systems. I have faxed to them on - occasions the social security card they were requesting because they said my file is being merged with someone with a similar name. I also sent to them a copy of my identity theft police report listing the fraudulent inquires that are related to the fraud that has occurred and they have not sent me any letters as they stated they would. I have requested on several occasions for them to remove the fraudulent inquiries from my file and yet they continue to ignore my request.
