I had taken a student loan for - - - of - from - -. - - turned into -. After years, - finally let me settle my debt. I paid the settlement amount at the beginning of - 2015 and - has confirmed that my debt has been settled. Yesterday, - - 2015, I received - letters from NES, National Enterprise Systems that says they are located in -, Ohio. These letters claim that - has transferred my debt to them for collection. Naturally, I called - and made sure that my debt had been settled. It has been settled ... and whats more, - has no record of sending my debt to a collection agency. I called NES and spoke to a representative -. He asked only for my phone number to verify my information and then put me on hold to access my accounts. '' Shortly after, they hung up. I called back - times, each time the line was disconnected right when a representative picked up ... as if they were hanging up on me. I waited all day and then tried to call them again, calling both the customer service hotline and the line where you can pay your debt over the phone. The customer service line, again, hung up on me everytime. Funnily enough though, on the line where you can pay over the phone, they are happy to take payments through an automated system, but as soon as you ask for a representative, it hangs up. I do not owe these people anything. They are harassing me, Also, what they say I owe them is n't even the correct amount of what my debts used to be ....
