Non-federal student loan Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Tennessee

I took out student loans with Citibank. I paid and consolidated the rest of my loans. I contacted Citibank and they said I do not owe them anything and they do n't know why this other company is contacting me. I also asked the company for proof and they have not and will not provide it. I told them that I do not owe this debt and they just tell me I do. I also asked why they keep reporting on my credit and they tell me they are not. They also stated that if I do n't pay them then they will garish my wages and put a lean on my house and tax my taxes. They also informed me that I could end up in jail.
