I was check my Credit Report on - -, 2015 I saw Trident Asset Management report ( Account # - ) to all Credit Agency that I owing money to - in the balance of $120.00 so I send them a VALIDATION OF DEBT on - -, 2015 with CERTIFIED MAIL and delivery on Tuesday, - -, 2015 and I call in talk to - on - -, 2015 at - said that they got my VALIDATION OF DEBT ( VOD ) letter and will respond the VOD next week but as of - -, 2015 the VOD pass - days and I have not got any respond from them and I call them again talk to - on - -, 2015 at - he said that they got slow respond from - to VALIDATION of my debt. Should they have all these info already when they try to collect the money from me? Anyway - and - have DELETED from they filed but - - but I also found out that Trident Asset Management sits on a collections advisory board with - from - here the link ( - ) I think that is why it not DELETED.
