Charged bank acct wrong day or amt Tennessee
I recieved a payday loan from ACE CASH E-PRESS and my repayment was taken from my account a week before it should have been causing me to go into the negative and pay fees. Now they are threatening to send me to collections. They would in previous loans email me a reminder that my payment was coming due and the date it would be taken out would be attached. Not this time!
