I previously contacted your agency regarding this debt trying to be collected regarding Clark County Collections, your company was able to get this agency to send the signed consent of authorization which thank you as this is dated back in - which is even past the allowed time for this agency to report on my credit file. It has been - years. I am requesting this agency to remove as they are violating my rights per the FCRA only allows data to report for - years only. Please help as the credit agencies and Clark County are not following the law.
