The purported balance owed of $1400.00 stems from a - account bundled service plan that was never installed properly and never functional. I have heard absolutely nothing else from - or the collection agency who contacted me under - weeks from the final cancellation and resolve of my account. Recently, - notified me that - had sold this account to said Stellar Recovery Inc which appears on my credit report ... but the initial collection agency to which - sold this account was said - - - ... Today I dropped by the - - - - branch to give them another opportunity to properly resolve this account to a - balance and update these collection agencies to whom they illegally and unethically sold this account, but according to - - '' - although there are innumerable service issues noted on the account from the beginning until the end and depsite the $1400.00 being directly associated with installation and service fees, he refused to issue any credits to the account
