A representative from a company named Concord - phoned me claiming I owed for a pay day loan from -. The representative could not identify the company where the loan originated. She knew my address and said numerous attempts were made to serve me a summons. She also claimed they were representing - -, a clearinghouse for collecting pay day loans. My credit union account shows no record of any pay day loan during that time.
