JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
On -/-/- my Chase/- credit card, open since -/-/-, was transferred to -, along with my specified $13000.00 credit limit I worked to maintain. When applying for a new Chase card I was denied retaining my $13000.00 credit limit even with a FICO score of -, I guess because it transferred too, without notice to me and without my permission. I have always paid in full at the end of every month and have never been late so my record is remarkable. I do not plan to use a - credit card at all or ever. I want restoration of my $13000.00 credit limit to a Chase bank credit card, without -, and with no penalty to my credit score or my credit standing. I have good reason to believe that - is disclosing my personal information without them requesting proper identification from a phone caller or identifying themselves. This is most unfortunate and causes me personal identity concern and I feel I am caught in the web '' of this transfer, - divesting or whatever they choose to call it. The only notices have come from Chase, which has shown consideration, and nothing from either - or - at all.
