Actually all of the above selections cover the actions of the emails that I have received from a company called ACS inc. I requested l of the documents pertaining to the loan that they say I owed. I also requested the address of their company or the address of the Parent company. I have warned them that by law, it is within my rights to request these documents. They have refused. They have threatened to have me arrested. I explained to them that threats would not go far with me. I have agreed to pay a certain amount each week if the documentation has my signature electronic of written and I can verify that it is a debt that is mine. I have given them no personal information, bank info or credit card info.
