Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay California

I purchased a vehicle in - of 2014 and put - down payment. They atattacjhefattached insurance that I already had on my vehicle and would n't take itoff which made my car payment hard for me to make. When they came to rereposses my car I called Lobel, to make a payment and the tow truckdriver started to scream at the finance company on the phone andphysically threatening me.
