Federal student loan Disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt
AES/PHEAA Debt collection department,
Federal student loan Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Ohio
THIS IS ANOTHER STUDENT LOAN ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE DISPUTED WITH THE CREDIT BUREAUS AS BEING INACCURATE. I CONTACTED THIS COMPANY REQUESTING VALIDATION OF THE ACCOUNT, THE DEBT AND THE NEGATIVE INFORMATION THEY HAVE REPORTED ON MY FILE. I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY AS TO WHY THEY ARE CONTINUOUSLY REPORTING NEGATIVE INFORMATION. THEY ARE REPORTING MY ACCOUNTS AS IN BANKRUPTCY WHEN IN FACT THESE ACCOUNTS ARE NOT IN BANKRUPTCY, THEY ARE CONSOLIDATED WITH ANOTHER LENDER AND ARE CURRENT. BY LAW THIS COMPANY IS SUPPOSED TO RESPOND TO MY REQUEST TO VALIDATE THIER CLAIM REGARDING THIS ACCOUNT AS WELL AS PROVIDE ME WITH AN OPPORTUNITY TO DISPUTE THE NEGATIVE ACCOUNT. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO KNOW WHAT COMPETENT EVIDENCE THEY ARE PROVIDING TO THE CREDIT BUREAUS WHEN I DISPUTED THIER ACCOUNT AND THE NEGATIVE INFORMATION THEY ARE REPORTING.
