Federal student loan Disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt
AES/PHEAA Debt collection department,
Federal student loan Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Ohio
I contacted this company via - mail requested validation of the account, the debt and the information that they are reported to the credit bureaus which is inaccurate. I have disputed this account and the information with the credit bureaus and they reported back to me that the information is correct. I would like to know how is the information correct when I know for a fact that it is not and the company has not responded to my request to validate their claim. For -, I am not in a Chapter - bankruptcy and this account is currently reported as a negative account that is in bankruptcy on my credit files. This account was opened in -, in which it is to old to be on my account, especially with negative in accurate information being reported. They never gave me a chance to dispute their claim as well, especially with it being negative information. All of my loans are consolidated with another lender and they are up to date and current, it 's not fair that these accounts are listed as negative on my credit file with inaccurate information in which the company can not and or refuse to validate with competent information. I would also like to know what type of evidence or validation the credit bureaus received in their investigation that verifies that their claim is accurate.
