Federal student loan Disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt
AES/PHEAA Debt collection department,
Federal student loan Disclosure verification of debt Not given enough info to verify debt Ohio
There are several accounts reported on my credit report that I have disputed due to inaccuracy and failure to validate this debt as I requested. I contacted this company and requested them to validate their claim as well as the information I know to be incorrect that they are reporting on my credit files. The phone number listed on this account is invalid, and there is no way to contact them. This account was opened in 2007, and should not be listed on my account as a negative account with inaccurate information. They are continuously reported my accounts as bankruptcy when these accounts are not in bankruptcy. All of my loans have been consolidated with another lender. Being that they are not able to validate their claim or their information or given me the opportunity to dispute their claim is a violation of Federal Law
