I was called by Clear Credit Solutions, - @ - and told that I had committed check fraud, specifically Fraud with Malacious Intent, by not paying back a payday loan to - - -. He furthered by stating if I did not pay the balance due by the - of this month, charges would be filed against me. This person calls me - to - times a week as well a calls my daughter at work for me. I want his threats and scare tactics to stop! His actions are illegal. I 'm suffering - unemployment! I have no money to give and am considering bankruptcy!
