- bought a credit card debt from another creditor.I have been making payments on the debt. I have paid them the principle and more. The $- balance is all the late fees. I mailed them a settlement letter on the -/-/2015 and they have not responded to me by mail. I requested that I wanted to be contacted by mail only.
