Upon monitoring my credit reports using CreditKarma.com. I noticed that Security Credit Services had placed a negative listing on my credit reports. I immediately sent them correspondence requesting proof of debt under the FDCPA ( Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ) Section 809 ( b ) Validating debts. I advised that this was the - I have ever heard of this debt. On -/-/- I requested full debt validation and demanded the removal of negative reporting from all the credit bureaus. They have replied back on -/-/- that they will cease all collection efforts and investigate this matter. However they continue to report inaccurate information on my credit reports. I am demanding they comply with FDCPA and remove this from credit reports until they can provide proof of debt and provide me 30 days to dispute. I never received any correspondence fromt this company before they negatively reported to the credit bureaus.In addition, the negative reporting they have done is very vague and deceiving to determine anything about the alleged debt. Also, I was contacted in -/-/- by another debt collector that was unable to comply with FDCPA and apparently sold '' it to this agency.
