Alliance One ( - caller ID ) repeatedly calls at all hours claiming that I have an alleged debt. The caller refuses to answer questions concerning this alleged debt ie : who this debt owed too, how much is it, when was it incurred, etc. The caller becomes verbally abusive and does not allow me to reply or ask for a verification of the debt. Usually after - minutes the caller will angrily hang up.
