The representative stated I am being sued on a debt that 's over - years old. When told the debt is time barred, '' he stated the debt was re-aged and I could be sued for the debt. He also said I must pay up or take my chances in court. In fact, the debt is so old, it 's not even on my credit anymore, which they assure me will change.
