Performant Financial Corporation Debt collection department,

Improper contact or sharing of info Contacted me after I asked not to New York

Caller called my place of work and stated they were calling from Performance '' company and that my daughter gave my name for a reference yet they refused to explain anything except tell me they needed to talk to her. The woman also mentioned another family member and my daughter told me she never used either of us as a reference. The are giving false information ( company name ) and lying about her giving me and another family members information. I am not callow ed to receive personal calls at work.
