I just checked my credit report - listed is late payments for regional loans andcredit recovery asso. - this is not my accounts. - Regional loans send out - of thosechecks for loans letters however I did not get it my daughter ( with the samename did ) She went and got the loan - and I find out later when she missed apayment - the loan was based off my credit with my social security number. I informed them of their mistake of not making sure their information wascorrect and what happened ( they just assumed it was the correct personbecause our names are the same ). However, they said I was responbile for theloan because it was address to me and based off my social security number. They did not try to correct their mistake just haress me for payment of a bill Ihave nothing to do with. Now, I find out they put it on my credit report knowing the information is wrong. I believe they committed fraud by putting this on my creditreport and not checking for correct information. And I believe they should notbe allowed other peoples social security numbers, if they misuse my information like this. I want both account off my credit report because it is not my accounts - pleaselet me know what happens here - please. it 's messing up my creditscores in the future.
