JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,

During a dispute of the type of fee charged to my account Chase stated that they would credit back the $10.00 fee as a courtesy ; however, later charged the fee back to my account. Their previous email did not indicate that the credit would be reversed dependent upon what occurred with the dispute. This appears to be a deceptive practice towards consumers.
