JPMorgan Chase Credit card department,
I opened a CC with Chase - Slate. I activated the card by transferring - to the card. I live out of the country part of the year and have someone handle my accounts when gone. After being out of the country for - weeks I returned and found that we had not received my first statement from Chase. I immediately contacted them explaining the situation, they indicated that they would send me a duplicate statement. I received this statement and made the required payment. Since that date i have received my statements without trouble. However I recently reviewed my credit report and Chase has me as not making these - - payment which has significantly lowered my credit rating. The Chase account now has a zero balance and they tell me that in that they did not get the statement returned to them by the - they can not do anything about the credit report.
